I have nothing against guys my age; I have tried dating them, but I have constantly come across the following:– They're not ambitious enough, or they don't have a go-getter attitude.– They're not financially stable.– They still want to date around.– They have had baby mama or ex-wife drama.– They don't have their sh*t together.
I'm not saying every guy in my age group is like this, but overall, my personal experience hasn't been fulfilling for me.
In fact, a Boston Globe report went a step further to chart Clooney's age difference history with previous girlfriends, the average being 9.73 years.
What about Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, who were 16 years apart when they were married?
That was my experience from dating a much older man.
What began as a romantic adventure into unconventional love turned into a disaster I should have seen coming from waaaay over the hill. How old you actually are doesn't necessarily have a lot to do with your lifestyle.
Try Googling images of 50-year-olds and 70-year-olds and see how many more of these lines the latter group has.
They will never trust him if he’s 10-plus years your senior, no matter what he does to gain their approval along the way.
That sounds dramatic; don’t forget how it actually looks…

Though this list may sound like it’s targeted toward young ladies seriously contemplating shacking up with a significantly older man (because it partially is), it’s also for those men who believe proposing to someone in her 20s as they approach 50 is a grand idea.
You guys should consider what it will be like for a much younger lady to age by your side as you really age.
